Give buyers a receipt-based self-service route. Customers scan an eligible receipt, review the purchase and provide their details without creating a separate customer account.
Customers open the QR code printed on or supplied with the receipt. The Customer Console shows the merchant, outlet and purchase information so the buyer can confirm the transaction before continuing.
The customer reviews the receipt items and enters the buyer information required for an individual e-Invoice. Incorrect receipt contents must be corrected with the merchant; buyer information does not replace the source transaction.
Customers can reopen the same receipt QR code to check processing status. The generated e-Invoice can be downloaded as a PDF when the action becomes available. Submission and final validation are separate stages.
The buyer’s receipt workflow complements the merchant’s integration and monitoring tools. It is separate from the merchant Customer master-data screen and is available only for eligible receipts.
A separate customer account and password are not required for the documented receipt-based Customer Console workflow.
