Consolidation is a distinct submission workflow
Eligible records are retained and grouped for the configured monthly consolidated process. This is different from delaying an individual e-Invoice. Choose consolidation only where the merchant’s business process and applicable LHDN rules permit it.
Immediate, scheduled or consolidated processing
Immediate processing starts after initial checks when submission is enabled. Merchant-setting mode waits for the configured individual submission time. Consolidated mode uses the merchant’s configured monthly schedule for eligible records.
Visibility beyond the initial upload
A stored or queued record is not proof of LHDN acceptance. Check the relevant LHDN Submission list and reconcile the consolidated outcome. Do not resubmit a scheduled record simply because it has not yet reached a final status.
Controls for operational teams
Confirm the merchant, outlet, record eligibility and configured schedule before making changes. Some individual document operations are restricted for consolidated records. Review pending activity and monitor the first processing cycle after configuration changes.
